This rusty watch certainly cant tell time anymore, but you can reverse it on copper!
Obtained from the Aquatic Crate.
Additional Information
When held, you can cycle through copper oxidation while right clicking on copper blocks! Additionally you can crouch right click to toggle between cut and uncut copper.
