==General Information==
SnailCraft features multiple types of crates that reward players with unique items and abilities. Crates are the primary method of supplying new rares onto the server. By left clicking, a player is able to view a crate's contents. After acquiring a crate key, a player is able to right-click a crate of the corresponding key to win a rare contained within.

Every month since SnailCraft launched a postcard has been released in a crate, with the exception of Advent Crate where it was purchased with Christmas Cookie festival currency. All postcards are designed by members of the SnailCraft community. Their base item is a book and quill and therefore they can be written in and signed like a normal book and quill. The postcards do not lose their texture once signed and cannot be reopened with /book.

This is the first [[Crates|crate]] released on Snailcraft January 16th, 2025. This crate leans heavily towards vanilla items, only containing a small handful of rares. This decision was made to give players a helping hand in getting started those first few days of the server being open.
